Shipping policy
We utilize several shipping carriers. You can select an option at checkout. We are not responsible for shipping delays due to weather, postal service issues, holidays, etc. There have been many postal delays out of our control due to COVID-19.
If you need your order by a certain date, please message me BEFORE placing your order to ensure that I can get your item(s) to you on time. I will make every effort to get your order to you when you need it. We do have a RUSH PROCESSING listing you can purchase if you would like your order to go out in 24-48 business hours. You must contact me PRIOR to purchasing your items to determine if the rush service is possible. Rush processing does not speed up shipping, just processing.
Please make sure your address is correct prior to purchasing. We are not responsible for packages that are delayed or undeliverable due to incorrect addresses. If a package is sent back due to an incorrect address, you will be refunded for your items(s), but not for shipping as that can’t be recovered once items are in transit. If you choose to have the item resent, you will need to cover the cost of shipping due to the shipping error. All packages have tracking attached to them; therefore, please access tracking to determine the location of your package on any given day.
